Monthly Drumming Circles

Through drumming together, we connect with our own innate rhythms as well as with one another.
Drumming unifies, invigorates,
and helps us remember this ancient tribal medicine that has been with us since the dawn of mankind.

HELD ON THE LAST FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH

There’s something ancient that awakens when we sit in circle and drum together. . .

~ It helps release stress and stored tension

~ It supports nervous system regulation

~ It strengthens coordination and focus

~ It boosts mood and energy

~ It builds connection and belonging

~ It invites play, expression and creativity

~ It creates a deep sense of grounding and unity

Anthony is a percussionist and Djembe drummer who holds a deep love for rhythm, syncopated beats, and the freedom that comes with discovering one’s own innate drumming pulse and ancient timing.

Any level is welcome!
We have African Djembe drums. Otherwise, bring your own drum with you, whether it needs dusting off or enjoys a regular warm-up!

An energy exchange in the form of a donation is welcome.

For privacy reasons, the full location details and all necessary arrival information will be shared with participants after registration
