Yoga & Meditation Classes

At our yoga shala, we offer a curated selection of classes throughout the week, including Vinyasa and Hatha. Each class incorporates Prānāyāma and meditation, led by our experienced teachers, Ally or Jazmine, who bring years of practice and devotion.
